Expanding the uses of classical homeopathy through education
Michelle Rose, Homeopathic Consultant provides classes, teleseminars, and webinars about classical homeopathy.
Homeopathy is an approach to health that involves matching physical and emotional patterns in a person to patterns associated with substances from nature, such as plants and minerals. One pattern is the fight or flight response, a built in physiological response. One natural substance associated with that pattern is the plant Monkshood, or Aconitum Napellus. Being poisonous, some of the notable effects of this plant are a feeling of panic, restlessness, and thirst – similar to the fight or flight response. When this plant is diluted and safely prepared as a homeopathic remedy, it has been found to alleviate panic attacks in some people, that state being linked to the fight or flight response.
The human body and mind take on specific stress patterns as coping mechanisms. There are hundreds of distinct patterns, each corresponding to a different substance from nature.
